About Vincenza (Enza) LaMonica Tomlinson


Enza joined Tomlinson Law Office in September 2017. She represents clients involved in various types of complex business litigation and other legal issues, including the following:

Prior to working at Tomlinson Law Office, Enza spent 13 years working as a prosecutor for the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Enza regularly tried cases, both bench and jury, and conducted hundreds of hearings. After being promoted to a first chair position in the felony trial division, Enza oversaw two other prosecutors, assigned cases, and was lead counsel on numerous serious felony cases and trials. She has tried various types of cases, including but not limited to, murder, sex offenses, DUI/death, aggravated battery, robbery, theft, burglary, and narcotics offenses. She also has extensive investigative experience, including working with police and other governmental agencies from case inception through the completion of the trial.
